Rhian is a Welsh international footballer who has built a career at the highest levels of the women’s game and now works with Brentford FC. A commanding centre-back and experienced leader, she brings a powerful perspective on leadership, resilience and the continued growth of women’s football. Rhian is an incredible human and passionate about using her platform to inspire the next generation, particularly young women who may not yet see sport as a path open to them.

Adam is a former professional footballer who played for Brighton and Hove Albion and Celtic, where he was part of the squad that won the Scottish Cup. Now a TV commentator and pundit, Adam has built a second career in broadcasting that draws on the same communication skills and composure under pressure that defined him as a player. He is a great guy, direct, engaging and genuinely funny. Young people respond to him immediately.

Jack is a Sony and Arqiva award-winning radio presenter, live-event host and after-dinner speaker. As Head of Programmes at the Love Local Jobs Foundation, he brings huge energy, warmth and a relatable approach to inspiring young people to think differently about their future. Through the Foundation’s Dare to Dream programme, Jack shares stories and practical encouragement that help students build confidence, resilience and ambition.

Catherine Spencer captained the England Women’s Rugby team during one of the most successful periods in the programme’s history, leading the Red Roses to Grand Slam glory. She has become a sought-after speaker on leadership, performance and resilience, drawing on a career that demanded both physical and mental toughness in equal measure. Her message to young people is grounded, honest and delivered from genuine experience at the top of elite sport.
