MULTI HIRE

WHEN YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE GREAT HIRE

A flexible, cost-effective way to hire specialist talent when you need to grow a team. We manage the process around your needs, saving time and reducing cost without compromising on the quality of the people you hire.

MULTI HIRE FOR TEAMS, FUNCTIONS AND NEW OPERATIONS

WHAT WE COVER

We take on multi-role briefs, from a new function to a full leadership team.

  • New commercial and revenue functions
  • Leadership teams for new market entrants
  • Functions rebuilt after a change of ownership or strategy
  • Rapid scaling for investment-backed growth
  • Venue, event and tournament teams
  • Technology, data and digital function builds
  • Fan, membership and audience teams
  • Volume or project-based hiring to a deadline

When the brief is a whole function, or a team building quickly, this is often the best way to engage.

SERVICES — MULTI HIRE

HIRING ONE ROLE IS A SEARCH. BUILDING A TEAM IS A DIFFERENT JOB.

Multi Hire is typically for organisations building a new team or department, scaling after investment or expansion, launching a new operation, or rebuilding a function after change. It is also for businesses that need several roles filled without adding permanent in-house recruitment capacity.

Hiring each role separately can be slow and disconnected. We run the work as one coordinated project: we plan the structure, manage the process and keep every thing moving smoothly. The result is more than a set of individual hires. It is a team built to work well together.

CASE STUDY - NEP UK

MULTI HIRE PROJECT, BROADCAST & SPORTS MEDIA

Working with NEP, ICP provided Recruitment as a Service support across a range of roles within the business. We worked as an extension of the team, managing the recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer and candidate acceptance.

The work included proactive candidate search, application management, first-stage screening, background checks, shortlist selection and interview coordination. We also supported hiring managers with candidate feedback, offer management and communication throughout the process.

Regular check-ins kept priorities clear as vacancies, interviews and offers moved forward. ICP remained in contact with successful candidates through their notice periods and ensured unsuccessful candidates were handled professionally. The result was a coordinated recruitment programme, with a consistent process and clear support for both NEP and its candidates.
