Jacob is a Performance Culture practitioner, philosopher of work, culture designer and founder of MIND3D. Drawing on 25 years in professional sport, he works with elite-level teams and leaders across sport, as well as organisations in business and education.

His work focuses on Performance Culture: designing the conditions in which people can connect, adapt and perform consistently under pressure. Combining evidence, practical experience and a deep understanding of human behaviour, Jacob helps leadership teams examine how individuals lead themselves, how teams work together, and how organisations navigate complexity and change. His approach turns culture from an abstract aspiration into something visible, practical and embedded in everyday performance.

Natalie Pirks is an accomplished broadcaster and former BBC/ITN Sports Correspondent. Throughout her career she has reported live on some of the biggest stories in sport, from football World Cups to Olympic Games, working alongside leading athletes, coaches and public figures.

Her work focuses on helping people communicate with clarity, confidence and authority under pressure. Drawing on first-hand experience in front of the camera, Natalie offers bespoke, practical coaching in a supportive yet energising environment. She helps individuals handle challenging questions, deliver compelling messages and find their own voice, whether in an interview, on camera or in front of key stakeholders.

Together, Natalie and ICP provide confidence-building media training for our clients and wider ecosystem, helping leaders and teams make a lasting impression when the pressure is on.

Paul Farbrace is one of English cricket’s most experienced and respected coaches, with almost four decades in the professional game. As Head Coach of Sri Lanka he won the 2014 World T20, and as England’s Assistant Coach from 2014 to 2019 he helped lay the foundations for the 2019 World Cup win.

He has since led elite environments from the top: as Sporting Director at Warwickshire, County Champions in 2021; as Head Coach at Sussex; and now as Director of Cricket at Lancashire. His work centres on people: building trust, developing talent and creating the conditions in which individuals and teams thrive under pressure.

Together, Paul and ICP help leaders and teams in and beyond sport build high-performance cultures through leadership coaching, team culture work, workshops and speaking.
