The brief
ICP Search supported NEP UK over several months on a large-scale recruitment programme, working closely with the internal Talent team to support the recruitment of approximately 30 specialist broadcast and production professionals.
The requirement covered junior, mid-level and senior appointments across a range of specialist disciplines, requiring a flexible and coordinated delivery model rather than a series of isolated recruitment campaigns.
The focus was to provide reliable access to relevant talent pools while maintaining a consistent candidate experience and supporting hiring managers and the Talent team throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
