Sport is changing quickly. It is more connected, more commercial and more technologically advanced than ever. But it is still driven by people: leaders making difficult calls, teams finding a way under pressure and organisations trying to build something that lasts.
For 25 years, ICP has worked across that world, from dressing rooms and boardrooms to venues, media and technology. We help organisations find senior leaders and specialist talent with the experience, judgement and character to make a difference.
