Our client is a leading tech company that delivers platform and content solutions for a variety of major sports, gaming and entertainment clients globally.
Due to continued growth, the business has a new hire for a Head of Content Operations to work across their multiple London sites. The core responsibility of the role is to build, manage and maintain complex media delivery workflows, this will involve managing over 50 employees across different locations and time zones.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both streaming and production workflows, as well as solid experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
• A deep understanding of both streaming and production workflows
• Solid experience of B2B and B2C content delivery at a large scale
• A minimum of 5 years management experience – will have leadership experience across multiple locations and time zones
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment and flexible to some shift work if needed
