My client is a blue chip organisation that is an international leader in the sports media industry. This role is within the gaming division, one of fastest growing departments within the company, which specialises in the streaming of live sports video and data.

Due to growth in operations, my client is looking to build the support team with the addition of a Client Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for monitoring the live video and data feeds – this will involve answering both B2B and B2C queries, working with the development team to troubleshoot any issues, quality assurance and documentation/logging.
This organisation streams video 24/7 so they are looking for a candidate who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, has a pro-active attitude and happy to do shift work.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sports and media industry, will have experience within a technical environment with the ability to quickly pick up new skills and able to work in an email customer service environment. This is a great opportunity to join a key player in the sport and new media industry with excellent career prospects as well as great exposure into other departments of the organization.

Essential Requirements

  • Customer contact experience, preferably within a streaming or sports environment | Experience of working in a B2B environment would be ideal.
  • Strong written customer service experience | This will be emails only so strong written language skills are a must.
  • IT knowledge / Tech savviness | Someone who can go through basic troubleshooting on a computer / mobile device.
