Our client is an entrepreneurial company based in the heart of Amsterdam that is passionate about video.
Their video platform allows users to launch their own OTT service and sell their content across the globe in a matter of minutes. Their platform is trusted by major broadcasters and publishers in the sports and entertainment industry around the world.
Due to their VP of Sales going on maternity leave, they are looking to bring on a senior sales executive to lead their sales team. This person will manage the sales team across Europe, US and Asia by working closely with them to maximize revenue across their regions. This will involve keeping the team engaged, helping with their pipeline and assisting to close deals with major accounts.
The ideal person will have a good network with major broadcasters, experience working closely with management and stakeholders, as well as experience selling enterprise or SaaS solutions in the media industry.
Initially this role can be based remotely, however the ideal set up would be for this person to be based in Amsterdam.
If the candidate is successful in leading a successful sales team, there is opportunity for this role to become a permanent role within the team.
• Extensive sales experience selling digital solutions to major media companies
• Experience leading successful sales teams
• Senior management experience – including leading teams and reporting to stakeholders
