Search and selection has proven to be the most effective and expedient method of recruiting the perfect candidate for your vacancy. The process involves comprehensive research targeting all relevant and appropriate companies as agreed by the client. Relevant candidates are then identified and interviewed and ultimately a shortlist is presented to the client for their interview process. All search campaigns are tailored to any specific client requirements.
Advertised Selection
We have long established relationships with leading publishers which have been used as highly effective recruitment tools both as a stand alone option or complementing an existing search. We will advise on the selection of the publication and then manage the process from that point. This includes writing the text, liaising with the design agency and ensuring the advert is ready for the publication deadline.

Our database is a key part of our successful candidate generation process. In some circumstances it can be a time effective method of locating candidates but it is commonly used as a highly effective tool for networking with existing contacts to generate new leads and ultimately the best candidates.
