Gary Peters - Founder and Managing Director
Gary established ICP Search in 2001 to provide an ethical alternative to niche technology recruitment and has since positioned ICP Search as a market leader in its chosen markets. Gary has established solid relationships with corporate organisations, venture capital companies and start-ups alike across the globe and is now responsible for company strategy, development, direction and operations and development. Gary has been working within the technology industry for over 12 years and when able enjoys nothing more than spending time with his young family, socialising with friends and enjoying a good game of football.
Will Trenchard - Director
With over ten successful years of senior level technology recruitment experience, Will joined ICP as an executive level recruiter specifically working within the Broadcast, Digital Media and Communication industries. Having worked on a huge number of permanent and interim assignments throughout the world, Will is now also responsible for the overall sales management and account strategy across all four of ICP divisions. Outside of ICP Will enjoys being a devoted father and husband, bashing the drums and playing rugby for his home town Bognor Regis RFC.
Lucy Rayden – Business Manager, Internal Development
Lucy is a senior and experienced member of the team, responsible for account management and development across all four ICP divisions in Asia Pacific. Lucy has over 10 year’s senior technology experience and has worked as a technology recruiter internationally which has been influential in ICP’s international success. Within ICP Lucy is responsible for internal development, training and communication. Lucy holds a BSc from Manchester University and when not tied to the phone enjoys travelling, snowboarding, socializing and most racquet sports.
Kate Peters - Company Secretary
Kate has been a major part of ICP's growth right from day one. As Company Secretary and Finance Manager Kate has consistently managed all financial matters on behalf of ICP both internally and externally across Europe, Asia and the USA. As a fully Qualified Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, Kate has previously worked in practice for over 15 years both in the UK and internationally. Kate is married to Gary which makes for a 24/7 working lifestyle and outside of work Kates passions include travelling, spending time with her family and visiting the folks in Oz.
Mike Edwards – Executive Division
Mike has worked at General Manager and VP level for some of the industries leading start-up and corporate organisations and is an integral part of ICP’s Executive division. Mike has also worked at board level working with a number of investors to develop and execute strategy whilst also achieving significant market development successes in direct sales and licensing at major OEMs in the mobile phone, wireless, PC and consumer device markets. In addition to his passion for technology Mike loves sport, especially rugby where he played for Welsh Schools, British Universities and Pontypridd.
Paul Glover - Business Manager, Semiconductor and Advanced Technology Division
Paul has several years’ specialist experience of recruiting within Semiconductor and related technology marketplace. He has successfully completed a variety of mid to senior level projects for a diverse number of companies across Europe ranging from world leading OEM's to start up organisations. Whilst maintaining his relationships with key clients Paul is also leading the Semiconductor teams’ development across Europe. Outside of ICP Search Paul has a keen interest in a variety of sports and leisure activities including football, skiing and regular holidays in search of the sun.
Ben Swanton - Business Manager, Communications Division
Ben has been an integral part of the Broadcast Division since joining ICP Search in 2006. As a senior member of the team, Ben has built up established solid relationships with a number of market leading companies within the Communication Industries, utilising his language skills to recruit not only in the UK but also throughout EMEA and Asia Pacific. Ben has been recruiting within the Technology Industries for 5 years now, but outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, socialising with friends and watching or playing all sports.
Phil Lewis - Business Manager, Information Technology and Software Division
Phil has over 10 year’s success within the Information Technology and Software Industry. Phil started his career in 1998 and has worked in a various senior and management positions for two of the country's leading IT recruitment organizations, Spring and Hays IT. Phil is very well respected within the industry for his loyalty and is widely recognised as a professional supplier within the supply of contract and permanent staffing. Outside of work, Phil is a devoted husband and father of 2 young boys and loves to relax by hitting the slopes, playing football or even a round of golf.
